Today was not so good.
Today was completely different from yesterday. Completely. I slept until 12:30, which is good because I’m actually sleeping.
Then I had two huge cups of coffee and fell asleep until 4:00. I didn’t even mean to sleep. I was reading my book and then I just wasn’t.
My son left for work at about 4:20, and I was still feeling rather shitty so I laid down again to watch some shows...
The phone buzzed
I looked at the caller ID and saw that it was Anthony, my BF from college. We also worked together at my last employer before I got sick. I haven’t heard from Anthony in months and was so excited that he was calling to check up on me! He was always so sweet.
So I answer as I always do when he calls, “Hey, Anthony!”
Nothing.
“Hello?”
